Refund policy

We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to exchange them or get a refund, you have 30 days to do so. Shoes must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and should only be tried inside on a carpeted area. 

Once we have your shoes back (which usually takes no more than 2 working days), we aim to exchange them for the correct size and send them right back to you within 2 working days. If you need a refund, we will process it within 2-3 days of receiving your return. Please allow up to 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.
