If you place your order today, you will receive your shoes in 1-2 working days. (Please allow 1 extra day for Northern Ireland customers)
2. Trying on your Sole Bliss shoes.
We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to exchange them or get a refund, you have 40 days to do so. Shoes must be delivered to Sole Bliss within 40 days of receiving your shoes and must be in a resaleable condition. You must only
try your shoes inside on a carpeted area. You will have a returns label inside your parcel when it arrives. UK returns are FREE with Royal Mail. To return your shoes, simply attach the returns label and take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. Please ensure you keep the receipt from the Post Office as your proof of postage and tracking number. Please note we do not offer a free collection service with Parcel Collect and will not be held responsible for any issues with the Parcel Collect service.
3. We’ll fulfil your request quickly.
Please allow 7 working days (from the day you return your shoes) for your Exchange or Refund to be processed. If you request an Exchange, your shoes will be despatched on a Next-Day Delivery service. If you request a refund, please allow a further 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that should you wish to use an alternative courier or delivery service to return your shoes to us, you are responsible for the items until they reach our returns hub. We cannot accept responsibility for missing packages sent through alternative delivery companies.
