It’s so EASY to order with Sole Bliss!

1. We’re fast!
If you place your order today, you will receive your shoes in 1-3 working days. (Please allow 1 extra day for Northern Ireland customers)

2. Trying on your Sole Bliss shoes.
We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to exchange them or get a refund, you have 40 days to do so. Shoes must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and should only be tried inside on a carpeted area. You will have a returns labels inside your parcel when it arrives. UK returns are FREE with Royal Mail when you take your parcel to a Post Office. Simply stick the returns label that came with your shoes on to the front of your parcel and hand it over to your nearest Post Office.

3. We’ll fulfil your request quickly.
Please allow 7 working days (from the day you return your shoes) for your Exchange or Refund to be processed. If you request an Exchange, your shoes will be despatched on a Next-Day Delivery service. If you request a refund, please allow a further 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.

3. Free Returns via Drop2Shop
To return your shoes to Sole Bliss, please visit: www.drop2shop.ie. Please select Sole Bliss as the ‘Retailer’ and select your local drop off shop. Enter your Order Number & contact details. It will then email you a barcode to show at your drop off point. As soon as your parcel is received at our UK warehouse, we will process your request for a refund / exchange.

4. We’ll fulfil your request quickly.
Once we have your shoes back, we aim to exchange them for the correct size and send them right back to you within 2 working days. If you need a refund, we will process it within 2-3 days of receiving your return. Please allow up to 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.
