To create a smooth delivery experience for you, Sole Bliss is now shipping all international orders on a ‘Delivered Duty Paid’ (DDP) basis. This means that any duties and taxes which are due will be added to your Shipping Total at checkout and you will not be required to pay any additional duties or taxes in your own country. 1. We’re fast!
If you place your order before 12pm, it will be despatched the same day and delivered between 4-5 working days later. Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the following working day.
2. Trying on your Sole Bliss shoes.
We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to exchange them or get a refund, you have 40 days to do so. Shoes must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and should only be tried inside on a carpeted area.
3. Free Returns via Drop2Shop
To return your shoes to Sole Bliss, please visit: www.drop2shop.ie
. Please select Sole Bliss as the ‘Retailer’ and select your local drop off shop. Enter your Order Number & contact details. It will then email you a barcode to show at your drop off point. As soon as your parcel is received at our UK warehouse, we will process your request for a refund / exchange.
4. We’ll fulfil your request quickly.
Once we have your shoes back, we aim to exchange them for the correct size and send them right back to you within 2 working days. If you need a refund, we will process it within 2-3 days of receiving your return. Please allow up to 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that should you wish to use an alternative courier or delivery service to return your shoes to us, you are responsible for the items until they reach our returns hub. We cannot accept responsibility for missing packages sent through alternative delivery companies.
