1. We’re fast!
If you place your order today, you will receive your shoes in 1-2 working days. (Please allow 1 extra day for Northern Ireland customers)

2. Trying on your Sole Bliss shoes.
We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to exchange them or get a refund, you have 40 days to do so. Shoes must be delivered to Sole Bliss within 40 days of receiving your shoes and must be in a resaleable condition. You must only try your shoes inside on a carpeted area. You will have a returns label inside your parcel when it arrives. UK returns are FREE with Royal Mail. To return your shoes, simply attach the returns label and take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. Please ensure you keep the receipt from the Post Office as your proof of postage and tracking number.

3. We’ll fulfil your request quickly.
Please allow 7 working days (from the day you return your shoes) for your Exchange or Refund to be processed. If you request an Exchange, your shoes will be despatched on a Next-Day Delivery service. If you request a refund, please allow a further 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that should you wish to use an alternative courier or delivery service to return your shoes to us, you are responsible for the items until they reach our returns hub. We cannot accept responsibility for missing packages sent through alternative delivery companies.

Sole Bliss is now shipping all EU orders on a ‘Delivered Duty Unpaid’ (DDU) basis. This means that any duties and taxes which are due will not be collected by us. Instead you will be required to pay local duties and taxes upon delivery of your shoes. UK sales tax (VAT), which is included in the original price on our website, will be deducted at checkout. You will then be responsible for paying your local duties and taxes when your shoes arrive. At checkout, you will be provided with an estimate of the local duties and taxes which you will be liable to pay to the courier when they deliver your shoes. If you refuse to pay your duties and taxes and your shoes are returned to Sole Bliss, any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. How Delivery Works

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

If you order before 12pm (Mon-Fri), your shoes will be dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day.


Orders placed after 12pm and on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched the following working day and delivered the day after that.

On the day of delivery, you will receive an email from our courier DPD providing you with a 1-hour timeslot for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges are always FREE! You will receive a free returns label inside your parcel, and you have 40 days to return your shoes to us.
