1. We’re fast!
All orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 1-2 working days by DPD. (Please allow 1 to 2 extra day for Northern Ireland & channel Island customers.)
2. Trying on your Sole Bliss shoes.
We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to exchange them or return them for a refund, you have 30 days to do so.
All orders containing discounted items must be delivered back to Sole Bliss within 14 days. Shoes must be returned to Sole Bliss within the specific returns period and must be in a resaleable condition. You must only
try your shoes inside on a carpeted area. All items must be returned in their original shoe box for both exchanges and returns. Any returns received without original packaging will incur a £5.95 deduction from your refund. Please do not try to remove the insoles of our shoes, as this will make the shoes non returnable. You will have a returns label inside your parcel when it arrives. UK returns are FREE with Royal Mail. To return your shoes, simply attach the returns label and take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. Please ensure you keep the receipt from the Post Office as your proof of postage and tracking number. Please note if you choose to use Royal Mail Parcel Collect we will not be held responsible for any issues with the Parcel Collect service. The first return label in your order is free. If you later decide to return additional items from the same order, we will deduct £5.95 from your refund.
3. We’ll fulfil your request quickly.
Please allow 3-5 working days (from the day your return gets back to us) for your Exchange or Refund to be processed. If you request an Exchange, your shoes will be despatched within the following 1-2 working days. If you request a refund, please allow a further 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Additional Returns Information
Please note that should you wish to use an alternative courier or delivery service to return your shoes to us, you are responsible for the items until they reach our returns hub. We cannot accept responsibility for missing packages sent through alternative delivery companies.
