If you place your order before 12pm, it will be despatched the same day and delivered between 1-2 working days later. Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the following working day. (Please allow 1 to 2 extra day for Northern Ireland & channel Island customers.)
Trying on your Sole Bliss shoes.
We offer 30 days from the day that your order arrives with you to try on your new shoes. We encourage you to use as much of this period as you need to try your shoes inside on a carpeted area only to ensure they are comfortable before wearing them outside. Any returned shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted.

FREE Returns & Exchanges.
We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to exchange them or return them for a refund, you have 30 days to do so. All orders containing discounted items must be delivered back to Sole Bliss within 14 days.
UK returns are FREE with Royal Mail. You will receive a returns form and a returns label inside your parcel when it arrives. To return your shoes, simply fill out the form and place it inside the box, then attach the returns label to the outside and take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. Please retain the receipt from the Post Office as your proof of postage and tracking number. The first return label in your order is free. If you later decide to return additional items from the same order, we will deduct £5.95 from your refund. Please note if you choose to use Royal Mail Parcel Collect we will not be held responsible for any issues with the Parcel Collect service.
Shoes must be returned to Sole Bliss within the specific returns period and must be in a resaleable condition. All items must be returned in their original shoe box for both exchanges and returns. Any returns received without original packaging will incur a £5.95 deduction from your refund. Please do not try to remove the insoles of our shoes, as this will make the shoes non returnable.

Please allow 3-5 working days (from the day your return gets back to us) for your Exchange or Refund to be processed. If you request an Exchange, your shoes will be despatched within the following 1-2 working days. If you request a refund, please allow a further 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.

Sole Bliss now ships all EU orders on a ‘Delivered Duty Unpaid’ (DDU) basis. This means that any duties and taxes which are due will not be collected by us. Instead you will be required to pay local duties and taxes upon delivery of your shoes. UK sales tax (VAT), which is included in the original price on our website, will be deducted at checkout. You will then be responsible for paying your local duties and taxes when your shoes arrive. At checkout, you will be provided with an estimate of the local duties and taxes which you will be liable to pay to the courier when they deliver your shoes. If you refuse to pay your duties and taxes and your shoes are returned to Sole Bliss, any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
