QUESTIONS ABOUT SOLE BLISS SHOES

All Sole Bliss shoes have been designed to accommodate bunions and wider feet, so you will find them to be more accommodating than other shoes.

If you have extra-wide feet, we would recommend our Miracle Trainers. Hero, Hampton, Harley and Star are the widest-fitting styles in the collection. These styles can accommodate up to a EEE fitting.

Our widest-fitting flats are Tamara, Trinity, Luna, Lizzie, Florence, Faith, and Sydney.

Our widest-fitting heels are Mercy, Verity, Victoria, Ruby, India, Ingrid, Isabelle, Kitty, Katie, Kelly, Katrina and Nova.

Our sizes run from UK size 3 (EU 36) to UK size 9 (EU 42), with half sizes in between. For a full conversion chart click here.

The majority of our styles fit true to size, so you should take your usual shoe size. Consider the width of your foot when choosing your style and size. 

You can read the specific Fit Notes on each style for more specific sizing advice.

The majority of our styles fit true to size, however some styles will require you to take a slightly different size, e.g. a half size larger. Please carefully read the information on each style’s product page.

We recommend that you go with the most comfortable size for the larger of your two feet. It’s easy to fill excess space in a shoe (podiatrist top tip: try balling up a pop sock and putting it in the point of the shoe to act as a buffer between the end of your toes and the shoe.)

We do not offer different widths on the same shoe. All Sole Bliss shoes have been designed to accommodate bunions and wider feet, so you will find them to be more accommodating than other shoes.

Sole Bliss shoes have been designed to cushion your feet and correct biomechanical foot issues. However if you are required to wear an orthotic insole, we do find that there is space to accommodate them in our widest styles (including our Miracle Trainers). The insoles of our shoes are not removable but there is enough space to fit your orthotics too.

Absolutely! A lot of our customer do not suffer with any foot problems. They simply find our shoes exceptionally comfortable, thanks to our signature ultra-cushioned footbeds and soft, seamless leather linings.

QUESTIONS ABOUT FEET

Yes! All Sole Bliss shoes have been designed to accommodate bunions, thanks to our ingenious ‘Bunion Bed’ – a hidden stretch panel that can accommodate mild to severe bunions. However, if you have one foot with no bunion (as is common!), the shoes will still fit that foot.

Our shoes are popular with women looking for shoes that provide them with lasting comfort, even if they don't have any foot problems. 

Due to the technology in our shoes, we have many customers who suffer from arthritis and arthritic joints who have loved the comfort our shoes provide. Everyone’s feet are different and so we recommend you try the shoes to see if they work for you personally. It’s advisable to try one of the Wide Fit styles as they offer more room, which will put less pressure on painful joints.

Due to the technology in our shoes, we have many customers who suffer from Morton’s neuroma who have loved the comfort our shoes provide. Everyone’s feet are different and so we recommend you try our shoes to see if they work for you personally. It’s advisable to try one of the Wide Fit styles as they offer more room, which will put less pressure on your feet.

Due to the technology in our shoes, we have many customers who suffer from plantar fasciitis who have loved the comfort the shoes provide. Underfoot you will find three distinct layers of memory foam which offer cushioning and shock absorbency. Everyone’s feet are different and so we recommend you try our shoes to see if they work for you personally.

QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERS

Simply click on the style you want to buy, select your size and click ‘Add to Cart’. When you have finished shopping, click the basket icon (in the top right corner) and you will be able to proceed to the Checkout. Alternatively, call us on +44 1923 227 400 to place your order over the telephone. We will send emails confirming your order and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, American Express and Mastercard, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not offer PayPal as a payment method.

The CVV is the 3 or 4 digit number embossed or imprinted on the signature panel on the back of Visa and Mastercard cards, and on the front of American Express cards. This code is used to validate your purchase and as an extra security measure to ensure that you have access and/or physical possession of the credit card itself. Your order cannot be fully processed without a valid Security Code. Once your order has been processed, your card details will not be held on file. 

QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY

UK: All orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 2-3 working days by DPD. (Please allow 1 to 2 extra day for Northern Ireland & channel Island customers.)

When placing your order, please provide an email address and telephone number to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS

You have 30 days from the day you receive your parcel to return your shoes to us for either an exchange or a refund. All discounted items must be delivered back to Sole Bliss within 14 days. Shoes must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and should only be tried inside on a carpeted area. Inside your package you will find a Returns Form. Simply check the appropriate box ('Exchange' or 'Refund'), listing the reason for your return from the options available. 
If you are returning shoes to us for an exchange, please ensure that you indicate the new size/style/colour that you require. Include the form inside your return package to us.
You will have a returns labels inside your parcel when it arrives. UK returns are FREE with Royal Mail when you take your parcel to a Post Office. Simply stick the returns label that came with your shoes on to the front of your parcel and hand it over to your nearest Post Office.

Refunds are generally processed within 2-3 business days of your shoes arriving back at our warehouse. You will be notified of your refund’s completion via automated email. Please allow up to 7-10 business days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.

Sole Bliss does not have any stockists. We're an online brand and we ship worldwide. We offer Free Shipping on your first order (just enter the code FREESHIP at checkout) and Free Shipping on every order over £200, so you can try multiple pairs of shoes. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

If you order before 12pm (Mon-Fri), your shoes will be dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day.


Orders placed after 12pm and on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched the following working day and delivered the day after that.

On the day of delivery, you will receive an email from our courier DPD providing you with a 1-hour timeslot for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges are always FREE! You will receive a free returns label inside your parcel, and you have 40 days to return your shoes to us.
