FINDING YOUR PERFECT FIT
All Sole Bliss shoes have been designed to accommodate bunions and wider feet, so you will find them to be more accommodating than other shoes.
If you have extra-wide feet, we would recommend our Miracle Trainers. Hero, Harley, Hampton, Pixie, Swirl and Star are the widest-fitting styles in the collection. These styles can accommodate up to a EEE fitting.
Our widest-fitting flats are Tamara, Luna, Lola, Lori, London, Layton, Orla, Opera, Farrah and Nova.
Our widest-fitting heels are Mercy, Ruby, Ronnie, Roberta, Ingrid, Kitty, Kara and Venus.
Our sizes run from UK size 3 (EU 36) to UK size 9 (EU 42), with half sizes in between. Our 'Sprint' and 'Starlight' Trainers and 'Royal' and 'Ritz' Flats now come in size UK 10 (EU 43).
The majority of our styles fit true to size, so you should take your usual shoe size. Consider the width of your foot when choosing your style and size.

The majority of our styles fit true to size, however some styles will require you to take a slightly different size, e.g. a half size larger. Please carefully read the information on each style’s product page.
We recommend that you go with the most comfortable size for the larger of your two feet. It’s easy to fill excess space in a shoe (podiatrist top tip: try balling up a pop sock and putting it in the point of the shoe to act as a buffer between the end of your toes and the shoe).
We do not offer different widths on the same shoe. All Sole Bliss shoes have been designed to accommodate bunions and wider feet, so you will find them to be more accommodating than other shoes.

Sole Bliss shoes have been designed to cushion your feet and correct biomechanical foot issues. However if you are required to wear an orthotic insole, we do find that there is space to accommodate them in our widest styles (including our Miracle Trainers). The insoles of our shoes are not removable but there is enough space to fit your orthotics too.
Absolutely! A lot of our customer do not suffer with any foot problems. They simply find our shoes exceptionally comfortable, thanks to our signature ultra-cushioned footbeds, wide toe-box designs and soft, seamless leather linings.
It's easier than you might think! Our styles vary in width, from regular to extra-wide, so there really is something for everyone – simply check the fit notes on each style on our website. If you have very wide feet, or you're looking for a particularly generous toe box, our square-toe and round-toe shoes are a wonderful place to start. And if bunions have given the front of your foot more of an arrow-head shape, many of our customers find our pointed-toe styles suit them best of all.

Every pair features our signature Bunion Bed stretch panel, so whichever style you choose, your bunions will be accommodated.
Sole Bliss shoes are designed with extra width across the toe box, while keeping a standard fit through the rest of the shoe. This gives the front of your feet plenty of space to relax, while your heel stays held neatly in place. If you would like a little more security still, our styles with ankle straps or adjustable laces allow you to customise the fit to suit you.

We generally recommend ordering your usual size, since the Bunion Bed™ and wide toe box are built to accommodate bunions and wide feet without needing to size up. However, fit does vary between styles, so make sure to check the fit notes on each product page. If you have particularly wide feet or severe bunions, our Customer Care Team is always happy to provide personalised advice about fit and sizing. And remember, exchanges are free if you would like to try a different size!

No, the insoles of our shoes are not removable. However, many of our customers find that they can fit their custom orthotics or insoles inside our most generous styles. Read the fit notes on the product pages or get in touch with our knowledgeable Customer Care Team for advice about which shoes can accommodate orthotics.

Yes! All Sole Bliss shoes have been designed to accommodate bunions, thanks to our ingenious ‘Bunion Bed’ – a hidden stretch panel that can accommodate mild to severe bunions. However, if you have one foot with no bunion (as is common!), the shoes will still fit that foot.

It’s advisable to try one of the Wide Fit styles as they offer more room, which will put less pressure on painful joints.
Yes! Due to the comfort technology in our shoes, we have many customers who suffer from Morton’s neuroma who have loved the comfort our shoes provide. Everyone’s feet are different and so we recommend you try our shoes to see if they work for you personally. It’s advisable to try one of the Wide Fit styles as they offer more room, which will put less pressure on your feet.
Yes! Due to the comfort technology in our shoes, we have many customers who suffer from plantar fasciitis who have loved the comfort the shoes provide. Underfoot you will find three distinct layers of memory foam which offer cushioning and shock absorbency. Everyone’s feet are different and so we recommend you try our shoes to see if they work for you personally.

Simply click on the style you want to buy, select your size and click ‘Add to Cart’. When you have finished shopping, click the basket icon (in the top right corner) and you will be able to proceed to the Checkout. Alternatively, call us on +44 1923 227 400 to place your order over the telephone. We will send emails confirming your order and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, American Express and Mastercard, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not offer PayPal as a payment method.
The CVV is the 3 or 4 digit number embossed or imprinted on the signature panel on the back of Visa and Mastercard cards, and on the front of American Express cards. This code is used to validate your purchase and as an extra security measure to ensure that you have access and/or physical possession of the credit card itself. Your order cannot be fully processed without a valid Security Code. Once your order has been processed, your card details will not be held on file.
No need to worry! We offer free and easy returns and exchanges within 30 days, so if the size is not quite right, you can simply send the shoes back to us and we will exchange them for another size. Full details of how to arrange this are on our returns page. If you are unsure which size to order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team, who will be delighted to help.
Of course! We recognise it can sometimes take a few tries to get the perfect fit, and that is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days. Try as many styles or sizes as you like, then use our free returns label to send back the ones you do not wish to keep. We offer a broad range of styles and fits, so we are confident you will find something you love!

UK: All orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 1-2 working days by DPD or Royal Mail. (Please allow 1 to 2 extra day for Northern Ireland & channel Island customers.)

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS
You have 30 days from the day you receive your parcel to return your shoes to us for either an exchange or a refund. All discounted items must be delivered back to Sole Bliss within 14 days. Shoes must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and should only be tried inside on a carpeted area. Inside your package you will find a Returns Form. Simply check the appropriate box ('Exchange' or 'Refund'), listing the reason for your return from the options available.
If you are returning shoes to us for an exchange, please ensure that you indicate the new size/style/colour that you require. Include the form inside your return package to us.
You will have a returns labels inside your parcel when it arrives. UK returns are FREE with Royal Mail when you take your parcel to a Post Office. Simply stick the returns label that came with your shoes on to the front of your parcel and hand it over to your nearest Post Office.

Refunds are generally processed within 2-3 business days of your shoes arriving back at our warehouse. You will be notified of your refund’s completion via automated email. Please allow up to 7-10 business days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.

Sole Bliss does not have any stockists. We're an online brand and we ship worldwide. We offer Free Shipping on your first order (just enter the code FREESHIP at checkout) and Free Shipping on every order over £200, so you can try multiple pairs of shoes.
