Ordering from us is easy. If you are hesitant about ordering shoes online, the Sole Bliss team is more than happy to deal with any enquiries by telephone on +1 917 475 0027.

We’re fast!
If you place your order before 1pm GMT, it should be despatched the same day and delivered between 2-3 working days (depending on your location within the United States) by Fedex. Orders placed after 1pm GMT will be despatched the following working day. Any orders placed after 1pm GMT on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

Tracking: When placing your order, please provide an email address and telephone number to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery; this will also enable us to send you an estimated delivery time.

To return your items to us for a refund, please use the PRE-PAID USPS returns label provided and follow the instructions below. Once your items arrive at our US hub, your funds will be credited back onto your credit card and your items will 
then be returned to our UK warehouse. To use this PREPAID label, there is a £15 charge which will be deducted 
from your refund.

Inside your package is a USPS pre-paid returns label. Simply attach the returns label onto the front of your parcel and 
then take it to your local Post Office, drop it in a collection box or schedule a free carrier pickup at usps.com.

If you do not wish to use our PREPAID label, you can return your items to us via a reputable delivery service or courier of your choice at your own cost. Please note that Sole Bliss Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any items lost by third-party delivery companies or couriers.

We offer a 14 day return policy. All items must be returned in a saleable condition for return. When trying on shoes, 
please ensure that you do so in a carpeted area. Please ensure you are satisfied with the fit of the shoes before 
wearing them outside. Items that have been worn will not be accepted at our warehouse and will be returned to you. 
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds for returned items will be processed within 2 business days of their return to our US Hub or to our UK warehouse (depending on your chosen method to return) and you will be notified of your refund via email. Please allow up to 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear 
in your account.
