If you are hesitant about ordering shoes online, the Sole Bliss team is more than happy to deal with any enquiries by telephone on +44 (0)1923 227400.

Shopping during Coronavirus: To help all our customers, please note that we have now extended our returns period to 40 days until further notice.

Ordering from us is easy:

1. We’re fast!
If you place your order before 3pm, it should be despatched the same day and delivered the following working day, or in 1-2 working days for customers in Northern Ireland. Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the following working day and delivered the day after that (allow 1 extra day for Northern Ireland customers.)
Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.

2. Not quite right? Not to worry.
We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to exchange them or get a refund, you have 40 days to do so. Shoes must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and should only be tried inside in a carpeted area. You will have a returns labels inside your parcel when it arrives. UK returns are free with Royal Mail when you take your parcel to a Post OfficeSimply stick the returns label that came with your shoes on to the front of your parcel and hand it over to your nearest Post Office

* We are regrettably unable to offer free returns to customers in the Channel Islands. 

3. We’ll fulfil your request quickly.
Once we have your shoes back (which usually takes no more than 2 working days), we aim to exchange them for the correct size and send them right back to you within 2 working days. If you need a refund, we will process it within 2-3 days of receiving your return and notify you of its completion via email. Please allow up to 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account.

Additional Delivery Information

Delivery delays do sometimes occur, so please wait 3 working days after despatch before contacting us about your order. Orders with multiple items may be despatched from both our distribution centre and our Sole Bliss store. In this case, you may receive a separate despatch confirmation email and tracking number for each shipment. You will only be charged delivery costs once per order.

If you are experiencing a problem with your delivery, please email customercare@solebliss.com or call our Customer Care Team on +44 (0)1923 227 400 Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5pm.

Tracking: When placing your order, please provide an email address and mobile number to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery; this will also enable us to send you an estimated delivery time.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Additional Returns Information
Ensure you return your item(s) within 40 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.

If, for any reason, you are unsure about the fit of shoes you have ordered, please ensure you contact our Customer Care team for advice before wearing the shoes outside. 

Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the parcel.

Attach the printed Royal Mail returns label that you received in your parcel to the front of your package.

Alternatively, you can return your items to us via a reputable delivery service or courier of your choice. Please note that Sole Bliss cannot accept responsibility for any items lost by third-party delivery companies or couriers.

Online purchases may only be returned to our warehouse, not to our store.

We are unable to process returns for items purchased in-store. If you bought your Sole Bliss items from our shop or from one our partners, and are unhappy with your purchase, please return them to the shop you bought them from.
