Contract for Sale
The advertising of products on this site is an ‘invitation to treat’. You will indicate by completing the appropriate order form on the site the products that you wish to order. At the same time this means you will complete an authorisation for us to recover, through your credit or debit card, payments due to us. This means that your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Sole Bliss Limited, so prices and stock availability will not be contractually confirmed until you receive the ‘Confirmation of despatch’ email which is sent out once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked. For the avoidance of doubt, the ‘Order confirmation’ email that is sent out once you have placed an order is just an acknowledgment of your offer and should not be taken as our acceptance of that offer.
Sole Bliss Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply any person for any reason at any time at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, our inability to obtain authorisation for payment. Sole Bliss Ltd will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
These Terms & Conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Sole Bliss Limited on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Sole Bliss Limited will operate as a variation to these Terms & Conditions or constitute a legal representation on behalf of them.
Errors & Omissions
While every care is taken to ensure that all information on our website is correct, there may still be errors or omissions. If you spot an error or omission please let us know by emailing email@example.com and we will correct it as soon as possible after verification. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but the colour of the item you receive may differ slightly from the colour in our photography.
We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused, but we cannot always offer the exact described product at the specified price, if errors and/or omissions are present. In the event of human error or malfunction in the technology, the prices on the site do not commit us to sale.
Receipt of Order
Sole Bliss Limited must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and stock is checked, Sole Bliss Limited will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records.
We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be refunded with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
Sole Bliss Limited reserves the right to refuse to supply any person at our discretion.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we offer to exchange or refund unworn items within 14 days (for UK & European customers), or 21 days (for customers in the Rest of the World) from the day the goods were delivered to you.
If, for any reason, you are unsure about the fit of shoes you have ordered, please ensure you contact our Customer Care team for advice before wearing the shoes outside.
The items must be unused and returned in a resalable condition in the original packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt. Funds may take a further 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Sole Bliss Limited makes every effort to keep the site up-to-date but cannot guarantee that this site and its content is completely free of technical errors. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused. Sole Bliss Limited’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Sole Bliss Limited to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. Sole Bliss Limited shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
Condition of Goods
Sole Bliss Limited makes every effort to deliver items in perfect condition, however items offered in our sale or outlet section may have previously been on sale through our stores or partners and may have marked or damaged packaging. Please be assured that this is in no way reflective of the condition of the goods inside.
This website, its contents and any contracts arising out of it are governed by English law. By entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these Terms & Conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
All online orders will be charged in British Pounds Stirling (£) and include Value Added Tax at the current rate, but excludes postage and packaging. Prices on the website are set at the same rate for all locations. Prices quoted on the website are indicative only and are subject to change. Prices on the website may differ from those in Sole Bliss Limited stores and concessions.
We will always strive to offer the very best level of service to all our customers. Promotions & Discounts
Should you receive a discount or promotional code to be used on the Sole Bliss website, please note that this discount is applied to individual items in your basket. If items are returned to us for a refund, the saving on one item cannot be transferred across to the other item(s). Discounts will be honoured for items that are returned for exchange for a differently priced item; exchanges for more expensive items will incur an additional charge whilst maintaining the original discount; exchanges for less expensive items will result in an additional refund whilst maintaining the original discount.
