Do Sole Bliss shoes come in half sizes?

Yes, we go from size 36 to 42 with half sizes in between.

 

Will I be the same size in each style of shoe? I often buy a variety of sizes depending on the shoe. How do I work out my size?

 

What should I do if my feet vary slightly in size? E.g. if my right foot is bigger than my left.

Generally we recommend that you accommodate your bigger foot.

 

What are the heights of the heels?

The heel height of our low court shoe (Carmen) and low sling-back (Ayda) is 6.5cm/2.5in, our higher heeled shoes (Pandora and Stella) are 8.5cm/3.5in.

 

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

In order to purchase items from our website you will need to create an account. However, you can opt out of receiving our newsletter at the checkout.

 

I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

If you forget your password, don’t worry. You can still access your details. Simply go to the ‘Forgot Password’ page and enter the email address you supplied when you created your account. You will then receive an email containing a new password. We recommend you re-set your password once you are able to log in.

 

What happens if my size is unavailable/has sold out?

Please send an email to customercare@solebliss.com with details of the style and size you’re looking for and a member of our team will be in touch to advise when we are expecting it to come back in to stock.

 

Is SoleBliss.com safe to shop on?

Yes. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) method, which means your details are encrypted before the information transfers from your computer to our system. You know when a page is secure because a padlock symbol shows at the bottom of the browser or the address of the web page starts with ‘https’. This method is the recognised standard for secure transactions.

Orders

 

How do I place an order?

It’s easy! Simply click on the style you want to buy, select your size and click ‘Add to bag’. When you have finished shopping, click ‘My bag’ (in the top right corner) and you will be able to proceed to the checkout.

 

Can I place my order by phone?

We are an e-commerce website so all orders are placed online. However, if you have questions about your order and would like to speak to a member of the team, please visit our contact page

 

How can I pay for my order? (what cards)

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard etc.) We do not accept American Express.

 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Unfortunately, after you have placed your order we are unable to cancel it or amend it. However, if you do change your mind you have 14 days to return your items free of charge. Upon receipt of the items, provided they are unworn, we will issue a full refund (not including postage fees.)

 

What happens if my item is found to be out of stock after I have placed my order?

If your requested item is found to be out of stock, please accept our sincere apologies. A member of our team will contact you promptly to issue a full refund and notify you about when the item will be available.

 

How will I know if my order has been submitted successfully?

We will send an email to the address linked to your Sole Bliss account confirming your order and the expected delivery date.

 

What is the Card Verification Value (CVV)?

The CVV is the 3 or 4 digit number embossed or imprinted on the signature panel on the back of Visa and Mastercard cards. This code is used to validate your purchase and as an extra security measure to ensure that you have access and/or physical possession of the credit card itself. Your order cannot be fully processed without a valid Security Code. Once your order has been processed, your Security Code will not be held on file.
