Shopping during Coronavirus:
Orders placed before 12pm Midday will be despatched the same day and delivered between 8 and 10 working days later. We have taken additional steps to protect the wellbeing of our warehouse staff, ensuring that social distancing and the highest level of hygiene standards are maintained.
To help all our customers, please note that we have now extended our returns period to 40 days until further notice.
Ordering from us is easy:
1. We’re fast!
If you place your order before 12pm GMT, it should be despatched the same day and delivered between 8-10 working days (depending on the service you choose and your location within Australia) by one of our delivery partners. Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be despatched the following working day. Any orders placed after 12pm GMT on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

Tracking: When placing your order, please provide an email address to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery; this will also enable us to send you an estimated delivery time.
2. Not quite right? Not to worry.
We hope you love your shoes as soon as you try them on, but if you need to return them to us you have 40 days to do so. Select a courier or delivery service and complete the returns form included in your parcel.
3. We’ll fulfil your request quickly.
Once we have your shoes back we will process a refund within 2-3 days of receiving your return. Please allow up to 7 working days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your account. If you need to re-order a different size or style, you can do so after your refund has been processed and you have been notified of this via email.
Additional Returns Information
Ensure you return your item(s) within 40 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging. If, for any reason, you are unsure about the fit of shoes you have ordered, please ensure you contact our Customer Care team for advice before wearing the shoes outside.
Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the parcel.
Return your items to us via a reputable delivery service or courier of your choice. Please note that Sole Bliss cannot accept responsibility for any items lost by third-party delivery companies or couriers.
